2026 · Week 3 · September 29, 2026
Welcome to the Week 3 recap of Dirty Mike’s Dynasty — where coffee is strong, takes are stronger, and at least one manager will dramatically blame the waiver wire. Highlights: Mbegene’s Coffee Black brewed the highest score, Q and Steg climbed the power rankings, and nhaller’s injury list read like a sad fantasy obituary.

Faint Apollos cruise past Straight Cash, Homie
jsteg22’s Faint Apollos rolled to a 160.18–116.58 victory over nhaller13’s Straight Cash, Homie. Steg’s team posted one of the week’s biggest point totals (160.18) and cashed in on a 9-0 all-play vs. the league. nhaller’s night was undermined by a brutal injury list (Justin Jefferson and Travis Etienne both Out; De'Von Achane on IR) and some costly lineup choices — his coaching grade fell to an F with a biggest blunder of starting Drake Maye (1.8) over Harold Fannin (20.6).
Hawk Tua handles Breece’s Pieces
Qbailey91’s Hawk Tua defeated kpatzner’s Breece’s Pieces 137.48–90.2. Q’s squad kept rolling and climbed in the power rankings, while kpatzner logged the week’s lowest score and continues to fight through a pile-up of real injuries on his roster (Mike Evans and Breece Hall listed Out among others). Coaching grade shows kpatzner struggling (F) and an all-play record of 0-9.
Close call: aeasker edges colson
aeasker3 finished 133.26 to colson114’s 123.6 in the week’s closest matchup other than the one-point squeakers. Colson’s 123.6 was a tough-luck result — it earned him the Worst Beat award, losing by 9.66 despite a solid scoring day. aeasker3’s weekend featured the league’s Bench Blunder: starting T.J. Hockenson (2.1) while Kenyon Sadiq sat for 24.0, which could have flipped this one.
Coffee Black steamrolls the Commish
Mbegene90’s Coffee Black dominated Mborden308’s Flint Tropics, 169.16–118.52, for the biggest blowout of Week 3. Mbegene’s squad posted the week-high and earned an A coaching grade (95 composite). Mborden — The Commish aka Dirty Mike — had a rough coaching report (F) and was hampered by real-world absences on his roster (Baker Mayfield listed Out with a dislocated thumb; Jalen Coker Out).
RIP Joe Cool survives a nail-biter
JarrodBock’s RIP Joe Cool squeaked past Badger4Life22’s Malik Willis Fan Club 123.02–113.68 in the closest contest of Week 3. It was the Luckiest Win of the week for Jarrod (won despite outscoring only 4 of the other 9 teams). Jarrod’s coaching grade sits middling (C-), while Badger’s team showed fight despite an F coaching grade and some painful lineup choices (started Dak Prescott 20.9 over Sam Darnold 37.7).

Coffee Black is the real deal (169.16 pts)
Mbegene90’s Coffee Black put up the week’s top score with 169.16 points and took home Team of the Week. That 169.16 was also the engine behind the biggest blowout of Week 3, a decisive win over Mborden308’s Flint Tropics. Coaching grade says A and the all-play record was a perfect 9-0 — not bad for a perennial runner-up who insists this is the year.
Faint Apollos keep firing — and still snagbed a waiver steal
jsteg22’s Faint Apollos exploded for 160.18 to beat nhaller13. Steg earned Waiver Wire Hero honors for adding Rashod Bateman for 0 FAAB (Bateman scored 4.7). Steg’s lineup decisions weren’t flawless — he even started Bateman over Jordan Addison — but the A- coaching grade and 160.18 did the talking.
Qbailey climbs; kpatzner hits the skids
Qbailey91 moves up the board after a 137.48 week and a power-rank jump to #2. Meanwhile kpatzner’s Breece’s Pieces logged the week’s lowest score (90.2) and is digging out from multiple real-world injuries on his roster. If you were hoping for sympathy: not here. If you were hoping he’d stop starting injured bench players — also not here.
Injuries and lineup mistakes wreck fortunes
nhaller13’s week was wrecked by an avalanche of absences (Justin Jefferson and Travis Etienne listed Out, De'Von Achane on IR among others), which helps explain the loss and an F grade. Colson114 lost despite a 123.6 showing (the Worst Beat), and aeasker3 suffered the Bench Blunder award after starting T.J. Hockenson (2.1) while Kenyon Sadiq sat for 24.0.

nhaller13

All-time series tied 0-0-2
Badger4Life22 (Malik Willis Fan Club) hosts nhaller13 (Straight Cash, Homie). Badger holds the edge in scoring (PPG 136.13 vs 115.11) and will look to exploit nhaller’s depleted roster — Justin Jefferson and Travis Etienne are listed Out, De'Von Achane is on IR — making this a big opportunity for Badger to climb back into form.

That’s Week 3 in the books — cups of coffee were spilled, waiver wires were summoned, and at least one manager will be blaming injuries all week (looking at you, nhaller). See you next week for more triumphs, tragedies, and questionable start/sit decisions.

kpatzner
1-2 · 104.0 ppg
All-time series tied 0-0-2
JarrodBock (RIP Joe Cool) welcomes kpatzner (Breece’s Pieces). Both teams are 1-2 and Jarrod will try to convert last week’s lucky win into consistent results. kpatzner is struggling through injuries across his roster, so if Jarrod can manage the usual bench mysteries he should have a solid shot.
Qbailey91
3-0 · 138.4 ppg
colson114
0-3 · 114.3 ppg
All-time series tied 0-0-2
Qbailey91 (Hawk Tua) travels to face colson114. Q is 3-0 and averaging 138.43 PPG — the undefeated club should be heavy favorites against colson, who is 0-3 and sitting at the bottom of the power rankings. Expect Q to lean on consistency and depth.
jsteg22
2-1 · 149.4 ppg
Mbegene90
3-0 · 144.6 ppg
All-time series tied 0-0-2
jsteg22 (Faint Apollos) hosts Mbegene90 (Coffee Black) in a heavyweight matchup. Both teams are top scorers (jsteg PPG 149.41, Mbegene PPG 144.64) and this one could be a preview of late-season fireworks. Narrow margins and waiver-wire savvy (hello, Bateman) could decide it.

Mborden308
1-2 · 125.9 ppg
aeasker3
2-1 · 135.6 ppg
All-time series tied 0-0-2
Mborden308 (Flint Tropics) faces aeasker3. Mborden will need better health — Baker Mayfield listed Out (thumb), Jalen Coker Out — to slow aeasker, who’s 2-1 and averaging 135.61 PPG. Expect aeasker to push the pace; Mborden’s best hope is fewer lineup blunders and some injury luck.
